In March 2007 American Psychological Association Division 36 Society for the Psychology of Religion and Spirituality Hosted two "Visions in Conflict" Symposia at Loyola College in Columbia, Maryland March 1-3 2007.

The goal was for APA Division 36 Society for the Psychology of Religion and Spirituality to participate in a movement for dialogue by bringing together counselors and psychologists from different cultural/religious traditions (American, Jewish, Muslim, etc.) to address conflict resolution. The aim was to have United Nations and US State Department participation.
